Operation Florian would like to thank GMC FRS for the donation of this ex service fire appliance. This fire appliance had seen twenty years service protecting the communities of Greater Manchester at a number of stations. The vehicle has been equipped and tested by Operation Florian members. It was then driven to the docks at Hull were it was ferried to Europe. The Operation Florian drivers then proceeded to Antwerp to deliver it to the docks there for shipping to Cape Verde.
